01 / A CLEARER WAY TO START

Small components.
Considered decisions.

For overseas procurement teams evaluating China-market supply. Start with the requirement, then review each opportunity on its own merits.

01

Define the part.

Full MPN and suffix. Manufacturer. Quantity. Required date. A useful sourcing brief begins with precision.

THE REQUIREMENT ↗
02

Look beyond the listing.

Source records, date codes, packaging and condition help frame a candidate-lot review. Identify the gaps.

THE EVIDENCE ↗
03

Align before the order.

Set inspection scope, acceptance criteria and commercial terms. Confirm delivery responsibilities in writing.

THE AGREEMENT ↗

Sourcing considerations · Scope and arrangements are confirmed for each request.

02 / SOURCE & QUALITY

Trust starts
with the
right questions.

behind the part.

04 / BEFORE YOU START

A few details.
Made clear.

Is this an online inventory catalogue?+

No. This website introduces our sourcing approach and helps you prepare a parts list. Online enquiries are not open yet. Availability, condition and commercial terms need to be confirmed for the specific part and lot.

What if we require authorized sources only?+

Include that policy in your request. Independent-market supply may not meet your requirements. A sourcing proposal is not proof of manufacturer authorization.

Can I include a bill of materials?+

Yes. Add multiple parts or paste a CSV parts list in the parts-list builder. Include the manufacturer, complete part number and quantity for each line.

Can I ask for an alternative component?+

Include the original specification and any approved alternatives. A similar part number does not establish interchangeability; alternatives require your engineering approval.
